Have been catching up on the bathroom remodel the past couple of weekends. Completed framing, roughed in plumbing and electrical, and insulated all walls. See photos in the Photos section.

Today, I finished up drywalling the ceiling (boy, that's some tough work!), crawling back into the attic to replace the insulation in the ceiling, ripping out the window sill and surrounding drywall and patching some minor holes in the subfloor. Time to get drywall on the walls and cement board on the floor and shower walls. Photos will follow.

Before remodeling your house it is important to determine the value of your house. This will allow you to decide how much you should spend on remodeling your house. You will be able to estimate the percentage of renovation cost.
